I think Loutsa or Loutsangeles is a kite spot for the brave ones !
Kitesurfers and windsurfers together in side-offshore blowing wind.
For me watching them from the beach , is spectacular… But as a beginner I wouldn’t go in easily
Also beware of the wind shadow. Watch your kite because if it fells down you may have to swim for a “while”
Some people say it’s the best kite spot in Athens.I can see why they think that
There’s flat and chop ,go where you like and last but not least the strong wind 💨
OROPOS KITE SPOT
Lets talk about Oropos Kite Spot
45 minutes from Athens,works with a thermal phenomenon during the summer
In my Opinion if you are a beginner ,its the best place for you .
If you re not ,there's plenty of space to do your stuff .
Three or four Kite Schools ready to teach you with safety
Take your food ,water or drink with you cause my friend ,you wont find there any of it !

- Take lessons with a professional kite instructor
- Always kite with another person
- If anything goes wrong , dont panic
- Your equipment ,used or not , must be in a very good shape
- You must know how to do self-rescue
